Alanna and Alicia, twin sister singer/songwriters from Australia sing original folk/jazz/roots songs.
Their most recent album 'Songs I'm Singing with Me' was released in 2017 at the National Folk Festival, Canberra.
They are available for concert bookings as a four piece ( guitar, violin, piano), an intimate trio, or larger outfit (double bass and drums),
as workshop leaders (harmony singing, choir or songwriting) and as backup vocalists.
Both Alanna and Alicia run community choirs in north Melbourne and teach individual voice students.
They have played all the major festivals and folk clubs around Australia including the National Folk Festival, Port Fairy, Fairbridge, Blue Mountains and Woodford, and also visited the US where they played an official showcase and several private showcases
at the Folk Alliance International Conference in Kansas City.
‘Alanna & Alicia's stunningly beautiful voices blended harmonically together like a studio overdub as they weaved their way through a wonderfully varied selection of great songs, many of them original, accompanied by four highly accomplished musicians. Unquestionably one of the best concerts we’ve had here in Humph Hall since we began over nine years ago!’
